Unable to connect and activate system's Webcam and launch Webcam center /Webcam console. My laptop -Dell Inspiron 1525 has an integrated Webcam.Recently I had to reinstall my OS- Windows Vista Home Basic. Since then I'm unable to connect and activate the Webcam which used to start automatically on start up but not so now.
