I don't have that software installed, but I'll follow your advice. Thank you I'll update if this has solved it!

I start up my computer and I always get this error about starting a .dll. I had the printer but got rid of it and uninstall all of the software the cd used. I just want this error msg to stop appearing when I start up windows. I used CCleaner's Registry Cleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner. This only happens during when I log in and all I have to do is click ok to get rid of it, I want it gone for good. Thank you for helping me if you can.
