Hi Moderators, Many thanks for your answer ! As I told before to Xilolee, I was running IE or Firefox in the sandbox (Comodo Internet Security) and in that case I can't write on the HDD when downloading a file. All is okay now, when running the navigators out of the sandbox. Best regards. Alain

Hi, I have already post this query in French. As I got no answer, I post it again in English. I have bought two weeks ago a new PC (OS: Windows 7 Home premium, service pack 1). When I want to upgrade a program or download a pdf file via the navigator( Firefox or IE), windows explorer does'nt show the downloaded files: so I can't do anything. If I try again to record theses files via the navigator, windows explorer shows me these files and asks to me if I want to replace the old file by the new. Now if I leave the navigator and come back to windows explorer, the recorded files are again invisible. I never encountered this problem under Win XP Pro on my old PC. As I'm novice with Win 7, I need help ! Thanks for your answers. Bonjour, J'ai depuis peu un PC neuf (OS: Windows 7 Edition Premium). Lorsque je veux mettre à jour un logiciel en téléchargeant le setup, ou, que je télécharge un fichier pdf, je fais "enregistrer sous" (Firefox ou IE) et je désigne comme répertoire soit "mes documents" situé sur un HDD interne, soit le "Bureau" (SSD d'installation de Win 7). Dans les 2 cas, le fichier est apparemment enregistré, mais demeure invisible dans l'explorateur windows: je ne peux donc pas l'utiliser. Si je veux réenregistrer ce fichier à partir de Firefox ou IE, l'explorateur windows montre que ce fichier existe déjà, et, me demande si je veux l'écraser ??? J'avais précédemment un vieux PC avec pour OS Win XP Pro et je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème. Etant novice avec Win 7, je ne vois pas comment résoudre ce problème. Merci pour votre aide.
