  2. 1. Boot and press F8 to enter safe mode, then check it can restart normally or not.

If not, then it should be system file problems, restore the system or re-install the system.

i hope it will help you , thanks

  6. sorry for reply too late, to resolve this issue follow steps:

to set the Cryptographic Services service to automatic, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services. msc, and then click OK.

    2. From the list of available services, right-click Cryptographic Services, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type drop-down list, select the Automatic option, and then click Apply.

    4. IN the Services status section, click Start.

    5. Try to install the updates again.

i hope it will help you fix it.

  7. 1. Close (or disable) all boot items, see if the problem occurs again. If not, then start the program one by one turn (on a reboot), knowing that the startup process is to determine cause. Remove to change the program or reinstall the program.
    2. If you disable all startup items are still experiencing a problem, then reboot the system, press F8 to run safe mode, to see whether the problem occurs. If not then it should be caused by a service. First disable all third-party services, restart the computer normally, if no, then turn half service, in order to determine the cause of the problem ....... restart services

    another advice,,

have you install MediaGet?  MediaGet is a source engine.

if you have this, you remove MediaGet and the runtime error not appear again. .
