My dvd and cd internal drive will not play or appear anywhere. My system restore will not go back to the day before. Tried to recover with no luck. I have all backed up and all restore disc but will not read 2 do a full system restore. I even copied all the restore disc to a external hard drive but not sure how to proceed. HELP !!!
