  1. Hello again, I did follow your advice and continue to do so but no improvement can be noticed on the horizon. Cleaning and defragmenting improves the speed of my computer, but I have to spend hours doing only that and, yesterday, a dialogue popped up saying I need more virtual memory. I keep getting rid of any unnecessary program or down load -- a doubtfull procedure. Please HELP. Nicolas Operating system:Microsoft Windows XP (32 bit) Service Pack 3 System root: C:\WINDOWS Available physical memory: 1014 MB CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz Drive Info: C: 149.04 GB Internet Explorer: 8.0
  2. Hello, I did what cleaning and defragmentinting I could on my Windows XP Professional since last night when it started producing a loud buzzing, crackling, intermittent sound each time I clicked on something and now,it does that in regular intervals even when I do not click at all. It started when I was switching rapidly from one streaming video on YouTube to the next.Could I have done something wrong in the process? Your Wise registry cleaner and defragmenter did not solve the problem, nor did other similar programs. THIS CONSTANT,INTERMITTENT NOISE IS DISTURBING. PLEASE HELP! Windows Xp,service pack 3, Intel®Pentium® 4CPU 2.80 GHz 2.79 GHz, 0.99 GB of RAM. Gratefully yours, Nicolas Operating system:Microsoft Windows XP (32 bit) Service Pack 3 System root: C:\WINDOWS Available physical memory: 1014 MB CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz Drive Info: C: 149.04 GB Internet Explorer: 8.0
  3. Hello, my computer is Windows XP prpfessinal with IntelPentium 4 CPU 2.80 GHz ,0.99 GB of RAM;Local Drive capacity 149 GB. I keep it clean by your Wise Cleaner 365 regularly, including your Defragmenter, that to which I now add C CLeaner and Defragmenter since it started freezing a couple of weeks ago.I used the CCleaner's Wiper of free disc space -- to no avail.I cannot turn it off: Ctr l+ Alt + Delete ... then pressing the tower's on-and-off switch...--nothing doing! I have to unplug the computer in order to shut it off.I let it sit cold overnight. It will start in the morning, but very slowly in 78 sec and continue very slowly. I scanned it for malware with McAfee security: no threat found. Also a noise comes from the tower while starting and turnin off, that wihich was not noticeable before freezing. Please help.
