Hi, When i start wise boot start 365 exe auto shows the speed of boot by snail, cycle, car and it differs from time to time. It shows a button to fix this. If i click that button, it goes to the wise care startup, where the start up programs are listed. What to do then. Should we personally mark something not to start at start up to speed boot? Or if i click the "speed up" button, it automatically fix the problem. May i expect answers for the two questions, on different show of speed irrespective of my not downloading any further program and is it an automated process

Hi, . A file dds extension could not be cleaned by wise care 365. Every other item is cleaned by wise care. what this file is? Why it is shown as unsafe by wise care. Pl also say whether this has to be removed.
