my son allowed hackers remote access

i think hackers wrote some lines of codes into my config / RUN files not too familiar wiith the comp. terms they re-wrote something over start up file need your help PLEASE, PLEASE SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP THANK YOU

How do you know the hackers wrote codes into your system? Is there any error or unknown program running when  system starts? 

 

You can try those:

1, Install an anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , restart system and press F8 to run Safe mode, using anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware do a full scan.

2, Run Wise Care 365---System Tuneup----Startup manager, disable unknown programs.

3, Start----type msconfig.msc in search bar-----General, select Diagnostic Startup . 

4, Restart system.
