usb ports

none of my usb ports works. when I insert a usb drive the computer does not recognize the drive.thanks

Hi,

1, Check the motherboard BIOS settings about USB port.

Generally, press power button to start system, press Delete to sign in BIOS setting, select  Integrated peripherals--------USB Controller (Enable), USB Device legacy support (Enable / Auto)

2, Try to use the rear USB interface.

3, Maybe you need to seek tech help from the motherboard providers or  your computer providers. Your motherboard need a physical test.
