Generally, press power button to start system, press Delete to sign in BIOS setting, select Integrated peripherals--------USB Controller (Enable), USB Device legacy support (Enable / Auto) 2, Try to use the rear USB interface. 3, Maybe you need to seek tech help from the motherboard providers or your computer providers.
