I have had this problem since I reinstalled windows on the machine after an unrecoverable crash. I've tried different keyboards and checked them on my other machine with no issue. Please help resolve. WiseCleaner Posted August 9, 2013 Report Share Posted August 9, 2013 Hi, 1, Make sure you have Saved the settings. 2, Check the battery has enough power. 3, Read the instructions, check the settings are correct. 4, Seek help from the motherboard providers. 5, The worst case, your motherboard is broken.
