can't run games

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

since using Wise365 on my Windows XP PC it now only allows ONE user to be logged on at a time and I can no longer run:

 

- TigerWoods PGA Tour '98 (EA sports) on DVD and

 

- Scrabble (interactive) 2003 Edition - Ubisoft / Focus essentials on CD

 

Please can you advise - the original backups I took before using WiseCleaner seem to have been delected when using this or other clean-up software.

I guess the CD-ROM laser head worn out. We suggest that you change a new CD-ROM.
