connection was reset

trying to connect to some websites and get the connection was reset error message very often.

You can try some steps to fix it:

1, Remove DNS cache

   click Start Menu-->type CMD.exe in search box-->right click on cmd.exe-->select Run as administrator-->enter ipconfig /flushdns press Enter to run this order.

   Open a new page to try.

2, If it still cannot work. Uninstall Firefox, restart computer, reinstall Firefox.

3, Close firewall to try.
