terry Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 Hello, Please follow the following steps to fix the issue. 1. Press "Win+R" or "start - run". 2. Type "gpedit.msc" to open Group Policy Object Editor 3. Go to "Local Compture Policy - Computer Configuration - Adiministrative Templates - Windows Installer - Disable Windows installer". 4. Double-click "Disable Windows Installer". 5. Change the settings to "Disable" and click "OK" button to save the changes. 6. Reboot your PC.
