WiseCleaner Posted August 3, 2013 Report Share Posted August 3, 2013 1, Check your DVD drive is connected correctly. 2, Check your DVD disc is not damaged. 3, Check your media player can play DVD disc. 4, Insert your DVD disc into DVD drive, wait a few seconds, you can hear noise when DVD drive is running. 5, If the DVD player not run automatically, double click "Computer"---right click DVD drive---Open with, select your media player.
