Please follow the following steps to fix the problem.

1. Press "Win+R" or click "start" - "run".

2. Type "regedit" to open Registry editor.

3. Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer".

4. Change the data of "NoDriveTypeAutoRun" to 145.

5. Reboot your PC.

A simple solution:

Run Wise Care 365 or Wise Registry Cleaner. Go to "System optimizer" and click "Optimize" button. Reboot your PC.
