WiseCleaner Posted November 21, 2013 Report Posted November 21, 2013 1, Download and install Windows Installer http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8483 2, Open Control Panel---System and Security----Administrative Tools---Services, find out Windows Installer, double click it, change its Startup type to Automatic, click Start to run this service. 3, Install your *.msi file. If you still cannot do it, reboot system, then try again.
