WiseCleaner Posted November 4, 2013 Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 1, Which Browser do you use, IE / Chrome / Firefox...? 2, when your run which program, the error message is displayed. 3, Run your default browser, open adobe website, it will detect and give you correct version of Adobe flash player. Clicked yo (still have problem with cursor jumpping around, 1st problem I submitted). Clicked your link and on the upper rIight, 'Please log in to reply' Clicked on it and nothing happens. How do I log in? Answers to the 3 questions. 1. I am using Firefox. (some how, IE disappeared from my computer<another problem>). 2. Got on to youtube to play some music. Error message: The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback. Get the latest Flash Player. Did that. (cursor still jumping around while typing my response, correcting as I typed). I only touched keys. 3. Clicked 'Install Now'. Clicked 'Safe File'. Cliced to R'un'. ...t\install_flashplaye11x32 .........50%. Please close the following programs to continue. Mozilla Firefox. Clicked 'Retry'. installation complete. Clicked 'Finsh'. Went back to youtube. Same error message came up. Two weeks ago, had no problem on youtube.
