percy.pereira Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Dear Sir, I have a problem with my desk top freezing very often, even though I do the registry cleaning and using the Wise Care 365, features. Please let me know what could be creating this problem. I even used the spybot to clean the registries, but this problem does not seem to solve. Your urgent response is much appreciated. Thank you and God Bless Percy Operating system:Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:\windows Available physical memory: 8136 MB CPU: Intel® Core i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz Drive Info: C: 654.69 GB D: 29.00 GB Internet Explorer: 10.0
terry Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 Hi, I think some explorer plugins cause the problem. Please try Wise PC 1stAid first. You can try the following solutions in Wise PC 1stAid. 7 - Lame Internet Surfing Or 12 - Running speed of PC is too slow
