Hi,

you can try following steps to solve your problem.

1, uninstall the graphics driver, install the offical driver form the graphics's providers.

2, If you have two memory sticks, remove one memory stick.

3, right-click drive C (system drive)---Properties----Tools---Error checking, click Check now to check your disk.

4, if your system have an recovery point earlier than 2013/09/10, do a system recovery.

5, IF step 4 cannot solve your problem,  restart system, press F8 and select Safe mode

    open C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-os-kernel_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_6c06b7c41576a7d9\  , copy ntkrnlpa.exe and paste to  C:\Windows\system32\
