WiseCleaner
Hi, Please open wise program directory, originally it is C:\Program Files\Wise\, to check whether all files are here, and click WiseCare365.exe to run program. If it can run well, delete all shortcut icons on desktop, right-click WiseCare365.exe, send to Desktop (create shortcut). Or, run Wise PC 1stAid, click 1st icon to solve your problem. If it can not run, uninstall all wise programs and re-install them.
