WiseCleaner Posted August 26, 2013 Report Share Posted August 26, 2013 Hi, 1, check the Black Ink Cartridge whether is empty 2, Actually Canon Pixma 560 cannot print black ink alone. But you can set it to print gray text. Click Start----Devices and printer, right-click Canon MP560, click Printing Preferences---Main, mark Grayscale Printing checked, press OK to save and exit.
