Having trouble with the graphics

The grqaphics of what ever program I start to run some times I get a solid white in color, and some times worse; I also am having problems with browser privacy, I believe there might be a program in my control pannel-add and remove programs list that might have conduit running in the back ground. Some time my mouse will scroll by it self and the time glass will appear as if it is being remotly controled by another program on another pc?

1, About your graphics card, you can move it to another computer to do a test, then you can confirm whether the graphics card is good or bad. But i suggest you seek help from technical staff.

2, About your browse privacy, install an anti-virus software and Anti-Malware software, restart system , press F8 and select Safe mode, use anti-virus software and Anti-Malware software to do a full scan.
