    I have Microsoft Windows XP Professional version 2002 Service Pack 3 This is strange because the web cam previously worked on the system. I have uninstalled, clean outed system files many times and tried to re-install it again and it keeps retuning the following error: RegSvr32 fails to register “C:\Program Files\Creative\Creative WebCam\WebCam Center\CTEffectsFilter.ax Please how can I resolve this error.
