What do I do after flushing the DNS? Restart the system or reinstall the Chrome Browser?

Okay, I tried everything. I even uninstalled my Internet Security tool and reinstalled Chrome without it. However, it didn't seem to work at all.

I am facing this error - Unable to access the network

The connection to a few websites was interrupted by a change in the network connection.

Furthermore, I got this text -

Can anyone help me? I don't know much about tech.
