[usb acess denied]

thanks for replying... but this doesn't solved my problem . please tell me other way to fix this. when i try to format my computer it tells that 'i do not have sufficent rights to perform this function'.i also cant view my security tips in the propeties

 

[USB Acess Denied]

I can't acess my usb drive. when i click it shows a error message as given in the screenshot. i also can't format my usb drive .then my computer tells that i do not have sufficent rights to perform this function.please help me to solve this problem
