    If back to default setting can not solve your problem, try to uninstall it.

    1, Start---Control Panel----Programs----Uninstall a program----View installed updates, select Windows Internet Explorer 10, uninstall

    2, Restart system, check whether the IE 9 has the same problem. If IE 9 is all right, you can update to IE 10 or just using IE 9. If not, continue to step 3 

    3, Try to turn off IE 9------restart system----turn on IE 9 again

    4, If the step 3 still can not solve the problem, re-install your Windows 7 system. Or, do not use IE again, use Chrome/ Firefox or other browser.

    The printer do not working means not printing or can not connect?

    1, can not printing, please contact to the printer providers to seek tech support .

    2, can not connect:

        1) check the connection from printer to wireless router, if it is good, note down the printer's IP address (e.g 192.168.1.123);  

        2) check the connection from PC to wireless router, if it is good, follow step 3);

        3) click Start, type CMD in search bar, right-click it, select Run As Administartor

        4) type ping 192.168.1.123 , press Enter 

            If the result like image 1, back to step 1) and step 2);

            If the result like image 2, continue to step 5)

        5) click Start----Device and Printers, select your printer, right-click, Printer Properties----General----Print Test Page

        6) click Start----Device and Printers, select your printer, right-click, Set as default printer

        7) if those steps can not solve your problem, please contact to the printer providers to seek tech support.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    But, scanning recoverable files with Wise Disk Cleaner does not concern with the format of the files. The deleted files will be found as long as they have been written in FAT (File Allocation Table)  when the deleted files saved.  While the deleted file will not be found if the location of the previous file storage allocation list was covered by new files.

  4. What time do you back up your system, before the problem occurred?

    If yes, it's a good news. 

    Control panel---System and Security---Backup and restore, select a backup period to restore your system.

    But my suggestion is restart system and press F8, select  Repair your computer, follow the step select  System Image Recovery, Next....

    You can try those:

    1, Run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 3rd icon to solve this problem.

    2, Or, you can reset IE 10 to default settings. 

        Control panel---Programs---Programs and Features----Turn Windows features on or off, unchecked Internet Explorer 10

         Then restart system. Control panel---Programs---Programs and Features----Turn Windows features on or off, selected Internet Explorer 10

    How do you know the hackers wrote codes into your system? Is there any error or unknown program running when  system starts? 

     

    You can try those:

    1, Install an anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , restart system and press F8 to run Safe mode, using anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware do a full scan.

    2, Run Wise Care 365---System Tuneup----Startup manager, disable unknown programs.

    3, Start----type msconfig.msc in search bar-----General, select Diagnostic Startup 

    4, Restart system.

    You can not delete the program, means you can not delete the files of Driver Update or the installer file, Or you can not uninstall the program?

    Can not delete the file: right-click task-bar, Start Task Manager, Processes, find out Image named " Driver update ", end it, then delete the file.

                                         or, restart system, press F8, select Safe mode, then delete the file.

    Can not uninstall: the "Driver Update" update which device? Right-click Computer----Manage-----Device Manager, right-click the device---Properties---Driver---Roll Back Driver

  8. Did the CD or DVD sound like was vibrating inside as a sign of being read when you put it into your computer's corresponding driver? 

     

    If you got that sound, put them to another computer to check whether they can be played in another computer. Then it is the CD or DVD's problem if they can not be played in another computer.

    And it would be  your original computer driver's problem if they can be played in another computer. 

  9. If the above method does not resolve the problem, you can try the following methods:

    1, Download Fix it from Microsoft and run it, it will solve this problem automatically.

    2, Or, you can solve it by manual.

    Windows XP, 2000, Server 2003:

    Click Start-----Run, type CMD, type regsvr32 Softpub.dll /s , press Enter

    type regsvr32 Wintrust.dll /s , press Enter

    type regsvr32 Initpki.dll /s , press Enter

    type regsvr32 Mssip32.dll /s , press Enter

    Then click Windows update to do a update.

     

    Windows Vista, Windows 7:

    Click Start----type CMD in search bar, Run as administrator

    type regsvr32 Wintrust.dll /s , press Enter

    Then click Windows update to do a update.

  10. "the same utility", what is it? What were you doing?

    Usually, clean system junk files in time and disable useless programs and services will speed up the system boot-up speed.

    1, Run Wise Care 365----PC check up----Fix ;

    2, Run Wise Care 365----system tuneup---system optimizer & registry defrag;

    3, Run Wise Care 365----system tuneup---startup manger, disable useless programs and services.

    4, Run Wise memory optimizer, set it Auto optimization.

    5, If necessary, add  available physical memory.
