  1. Hi, you can try following steps:

    1, press Win+X in keyboard, right-click Command Prompt, click Run as administrator

    2, type net stop wuauserv, press Enter

    3, open C:\Windows\SoftwareDistributio and rename it SoftwareDistributionOld

    4, type net start wuauserv, press Enter

    5, press Win+R in keyboard, type msconfig.exe, press Enter

    6, click Services ,checked Hide all Microsoft services, click Disable all to disable all third-party services.

    7, restart system, and check updates.

    8, press Win+R in keyboard, type msconfig.exe, press Enter, click Services ,checked Hide all Microsoft services, click Enable all to enable all third-party services.

    1, open Control panel---Network and Internet----Network and Sharing Center----Chang adapter settings, right-click Local Area Connection----Properties -----double-click TCP/IPv4, checked Obatain an IP address automatically, checked  Obatain DNS serve address automatically, press OK to save settings and close window.

    2, Using a network cable to connect your computer and router. Wait a miniute, the computer will get an IP address from router.

    3, open Control panel---Network and Internet----Network and Sharing Center----Chang adapter settings, right-click Local Area Connection---Status---Details, the IPv4 Default Gateway is the router's control center Ip address.

    4, run Internet explorer, type 192.168.0.1 in address bar, press Enter, you will open the router's control center, fill in settings, save and restart router.

     

     

     

  3. When error code 80070002 show up during windows update, you need to cancel those temporary update files windows created for confirming pc update. The following are the steps to cancel those temporary update files:  

    1.Stop the windows update service;

    2. Cancel the update temporary files;

    3. Restart windows update service;

    4. Manually run the system to check windows update.

  4. Even cannot move your mouse? And how about 'Delete'+'Ctrl'+'Alt' to open your task manger? If you cannot even open the task manger and move your mouse, then we suggest you restart your computer manually.

     

    If you can open the task manger, then turn off the running on program which caused that situation with task manager.

  5. There are three methods:

     

    1.Take a picture of the blue screen with your camera if you can not remember and write down the error code, then send to us.

     

    2.Uninstall the 'hotspot shield' on your pc, see whether blue screen show up as before. If it still show up, then we can tick off this program from the blue screen cause, vice versa. 

     

    3. Or you can enter C:\Users\Ivan\AppData\Local\CrashDumps  , find a file names 'dump', open it, and send it to us. 

  6. During its booting, choose enter Windows when system show up options. Then right click open the 'properties' of 'computer', open 'Advanced system settings' on the 'Advanced', find the Startup and Recovery 'Settings', open it, choose your Windows as the 'Default operating system'. 

    Don't forget click 'Ok' on these two settings dialogue boxes.  Here is a screenshot for easy follow.
