  1. Wise Care 365, Wise PC 1stAid have not incompatible problem with Firefox browser according to our long time testing about this. Please clarify what exact header of web page gone? And make sure settings on Firefox are well set.
  2. You can try to use the feature 'Common cleaner' of Wise Care 365 to clean those 'prefetch cache'.
  3. 1. Use WiseCare365, open the 'system tuneup', 'startup manger', turn off all third party programs' 'operation' in 'startup' and 'service'. (This will save you from slow system running) 2. Find the 'settings' on your internet browsers, cancel those Extensions; or open 'tool', click 'Add-on', cancel Extensions, third party 'Plugins'. (this will save you from slow internet running)
  4. What error message it show up to you? If it is not your pc configuration issue, then, it should be the abode flash player's issue, if so, delete the old one, find the right version, install again.
  5. Please clarify your issue. Do you mean failed to used the eraser feature of our product? If so, please describe what exact software and feature you used caused that problem. And better attach a screenshot of it.
  6. It might caused by many reasons, help yourself after look into the following: 1. Check the connection.Sometime it caused just because mistake connection, if so, connect it again. 2. Run that program in another PC to make sure it was program's problem, or pc's program. 3. If the software you mentioned is any external player, take the battery out of it, press play on it, whilst connect it to the computer, at this time, the computer will detect it as usual, run software installation, update to its latest version. Your problem will be solved.

  8. Cannot register in any website usually are not caused by your pc issue, but that website, or IP acceptance issue, or you might contact that website about this registry error.
  9. 1. Is that program back stage program? If it is, then it would only run in back stage. 2. It might just like 'DeSh' said, the situation is that you open again before the first run turn off, in this way, it might cause multi-progresses and not show up. 3.It might also caused by any incompatible problems, the program cannot load or meet error.

  13. It might relates to the Authority settings. Make sure whether all windows accounts have the authority to create file folder in Disk C, you can login in as administrator, then add the authority. If you are administrator, then add the authority in gpedit.msc . Plus: The wrong settings of Disk quota management in windows might also cause it. Or it might be any volatile data errors, you need to re-install the system if so.
  14. It might be caused by the remnants you installed and deleted it before. So remove and clean all those remnants at first, then install it again.
  15. 1.Check the connection. 2. Open ' manager audio device' make sure if there isn't audio device installed. 3. Or your audio driver wasn't installed well, re-install it.

Hi, 1, Click Start---type task scheduler in search box and press Enter, check Task Scheduler Library whether there is any program set a task to auto shut down system. 2, Run anti-virus software to do a full scan. 3, Check the CPU fan whether is working well. 4, Check the power is enough. 5, If it is that you run a big program or play big game, then the system shut down. Maybe the hard disc has some bad sectors. right-click drive C---Properties---Tools ---Error checking, checked Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
