  1. It might caused by many reasons, here are some for your reference: 1. Accidentia, not common, then you can fix it by just restart your pc; 2. There is incompatible situation between your system and the latest installed/updated programs, you can fix the blue screen problem by uninstall the latest installed/updated programs; 3. There is bug or virus in your system, you need to use any antivirus software to kill it in the safe mode.(During booting, press F8, choose 'Safe Mode') 4. There is dust on your pc hardware, clean it by open it; 5. Some time, unstable power also can cause blue screen; 6. Some time too much rubbish also can cause blue screen, use WiseCare365 to do a cleaning job, better regularly.

  5. Hi, Sorry, I don't understand your problem. Do you means when you run Wise Registry Cleaner to clean your registry, it willl alter your manually settings. what settings?

  7. It might caused by some reasons. 1. Graphics Card is too hot. You can check it by hand touch. 2. Some running programs are incompatible with your system. Restart your pc. 3. Ask help from your pc after market service, or local pc maintenance.
  8. Hi, If your interface like this, click "System Default" first, then you can set unchecked which items you don't want to optimize.
  9. There is a simple way: cancel all other left files and message of the old one, restart your pc, when the system detects new driver, it will install it automatically, then a full original message recovered.

  13. 1. Were multiple programs running at the same time? If so, close those unnecessary programs, let the necessary one runs only. 2. Or check your pc whether containing bug or virus. You can open the Task manger, check which big program is running, if any unfamiliar big programs is running, it might be virus, use antivirus software to kill it.

  19. You might uninstall sp1 on control panel firstly, then update again.
  20. 1 way. You can install a newer version to update the old IE, the version you use to cover it must be an updated/newer version. 2 way. Open 'Control panel', 'Turn Windows features on or off', turn off your IE, then,turn on your IE, click 'ok'. In this way, your IE will be re-installed.
  21. Open other email address, see whether the same problem occur, if not, it is just the special web pages problem. If it is your browser issue, you might open the tool/settings, in General/Advance Settings, click 'Restore to default'. Did it prompt any message, what did it say?
