Hi,
We have did some tests in Win8.1 RTM Enterprise edition, there is no problem.
Wise care 365 can start up with Windows and wise boot booster can start up with Windows too.
please check updates for Win8.1.

This error message means it has an Invalid startup entries.
Run Wise Care 365-----System Tuneup-----Startup Manager, find out msnarcea.com and delete it.

Hi,
1, Log on system using administrator account.
2, click Start---type CMD.exe in search box and press Enter key, then type whoami /user press Enter, note down SID number.
3, run Wise Care 365 or Wise Registry Cleaner, click Backup to create a full registry backup.
4, click Start---type regedit.exe in search box and press Enter key, expand and find out HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\
there maybe have two keys , SID and SID.bak
5, delete the key SID (no .bak)
6, rename SID.bak to your SID.
7, reboot system

2, make sure, you have checked this "On resume, password protect"

Its meaning is the Security Center service stop working by itself. Can you start it by manual?
Click Start------Run----typr services.msc in box and press Enter key, find out Security Center, double-click it, modify its startup type to Automatic, click start to start service, click Ok to save settings.

In fact, when you need to update a new version of WiseCleaner software, you can install new version, never need to uninstall the old version.

Method one:
1, Right-click and delete each library (Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos etc.)
2, Right-click Libraries in Windows Explorer's left pane and click on Restore default libraries
3, Test if the library locations work fine; if they do, re-add any custom library locations
Method two:
1, Create a new user account/profile
2, See if libraries work fine; if they do, copy over your files from the old corrupted profile
Method three:
Try running sfc /scannow from an elevated Command Prompt (Start / Type "cmd" (without quotes) / Right-click cmd.exe / Run as administrator).

Which "compress utility" do you use? Registry defrag of wise regisry cleaner?

It is a nice suggestion.
When you uninstall wise registry cleaner, do you read our pop-window message carefully? We will ask you "do you want to remove config information?", if you click "Yes", it will remove config information (include backup folder), if you click "No", it will remain to save config information.
But we will improve this.

Does your drive C: has enough space?
Check folders in other drives (not in drive C ), do they have same problem?
Where is the Registry backup file created?

If you use the portable version, please be careful, the backup folder is saved in the portable versions folder.
