You can press Ctrl and double click Outlook 2010, it will run in safe mode. If it is alright, please disable all third-party extension of outlook 2010. -

Hi, You install Windows Essential in which drive? If you install it in drive d: 1, Copy " wlidcli.dll " from C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/microsoft shared/Windows Live/ and paste it to D:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/microsoft shared/Windows Live/ 2, click Start---type cmd.exe in search box, right-click it, Run as administrator 3, type regsvr32 "D:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\Windows Live/wlidcli.dll" then press Enter.

Hi, Delete the error icon, then run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 1st icon "Desktop icon error" to repair. Then right-click the exe file of 3D Max to create a new desktop icon.

Hi, WDC create a system restore point automatically only the user use the function "Slimming System" . This is a measure for safety, letting users to use system restore point to get back files which has been deleted accidently. -

Hi, We have did some tests in Win8.1 RTM Enterprise edition, there is no problem. Wise care 365 can start up with Windows and wise boot booster can start up with Windows too. please check updates for Win8.1. -
