Initpki.dll failed to load, but the other 3 succeeded

When I ran them nothing happened except "C:\Windows\system32>" appeared with a blinking cursor. Updates still failed

Unfortunately Win Update Troubleshooter didn't work either

I ran sfc/ scannow and window resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Then I ran a windows repair disc
startup repair and it wasn't able to repair. Then I ran the Windows 7 Pro upgrade installation an that wouldn't work because I dont have enough space on my SSD C drive and because I have Sp1 installed. Is there another way to repair these corrupted files? I also tried windows update hotfix tools. Are these updates that important? Otherwise my computer is running fine.

Win 10 Drivers for XFX Radeon 4770

I was able to upgrade install Win 10 and the only error message was "this is taking a little longer" I ran SFC and it didn't find any bad system file. System was sluggish and windows explorer would crash. I called XFX tech support and they said there are no drivers for win 10 for the 4770. I would have to buy a newer card.
Is this correct? I don't want to buy new video cards just to get win 10?
Any advice is appreciated
