For window 7 user open a hidden file without using internet explorer
- Click on start button
- Go to control panel and double click on appearance button
- In appearance box double click on folder options or click on hidden files.
- In folder option dialog select hidden file option
- Then click ok

if you can not exit the program, you can run your PC in safe mode. Restart your PC and keep pressing F8 key before your windows loads. Select safe mode with networking and hit enter key.
