These buttons are located on the left handside and are next to each other, they seem to form a pattern. Thisproblem emerged after suspicious.cloud.7.ep was detected and killed by Norton antivirus.
Any help will be appreciated...Its so hard to use virtual keyboard. thanks

The Following Keybord buttons do not work.
ctrl and fn
Letter a and Caps lock
` and number 1
esc and F1
