windows live mail will not allow new email messages to load up . When clicking on new message, photo message live mail shuts down, but then reloads back to normal window. Can recieve messages no problem.

Cannot perform windows update thru windows itself, able to aquire updates thru third party programs though. tried numerous microsoft fixes without success.
