I can see my drive letters from Diskmanagement . Windows explorer is empty. Where is speaker located, hp laptop ?

harddrive icons C:/D:/E:/F:/ ARE missing in my computer.
when I started my coputer ,there was no harddrive icons in windows explorer.
I tried to solve from Disk management console . local drive C:/ drive Letter canot be
changed ,"The parameter is incorrect" reply received.
Please help.

my computer :hp laptop dv 6700 notebook pc cannot produce sound except headphone,
I ran dxdiag.exe but no problem found.
I checked volume level and all available sources help but no answers found.

How to fix BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ? My computer stops due to Bluescreen ,but I can restart my pc, anyway how can I stop this problem ? Is there any website which I can fix through online ?
