boottime and shut time has increased over 200percent. very slow pc

after installing the current updates all 3 of my pc's have dramatically slowed down. I have a compaq laptop and hplaptop and a dell d630 the hp is a dv9700 and the compaq is unknown. but this i find curious. as all had a boot time of under a minute and now all have a boot time of 2: 45 or longer.

I have used several programs to speed up including wise pc 1s aid with no success. on all 3 i have defrag the hard drives on all 3. ran several different virus, trojan, malware programs. Could the cause be the update. I believe it is. I did have the hard drive on the HP since that is my main computer. Also the shutdown time has increased as well. I have tryed winzip and other money bearing programs that have detected a slimware problem on my HP but all seem to have a different malware or virus program winzip maleware says 10 items but they all look false to me. I play on pogo and it has drastically reduced and acts like a java problem but even in adobe based games i have the same problem. As pogo is my main source for enterainment and good friends there i am seemly frustrated with the speed and actions of using the site. on all 3 laptops. I have booted my other pc with no updates on it and it runs fine. it is a dell d630 so my belief is the update. I won't update that computer but that is not my main computer. I haven tried restore yet because i don't keep the files on them i clean them with privazer so in 30 days or less there is no restore point for them. what is your suggestion and belief of what is going on? I firmly believe it was the update that has caused the major problem of boot time and shut down time and slow pc with playing games on pogo? and solid suggestions would help. thanks ahead of time. I am using windows 7 ulitmate 64 bit and one with 32bit on the computer.
