garioch7 Posted March 17, 2015 Report Share Posted March 17, 2015 You will need to uninstall AVG, not simply remove its files. You should go to the AVG website, Support, and search for precise instructions as to how to remove AVG and all its remnants. Some anti-virus products require a two-step un-installation. AVG may require that their removal tool if the Add/Remove programs does not successfully uninstall it.
