wisecleaner_admin
When it disconnect from internet, was it using battery (the battery was full or empty)? Did you try to uninstall / reinstall the wireless adapter driver?
RockHi
Not on battery, on power. I tried downloading a new wireless driver and a new ethernet one but couldn't get either to install. Tried uninstalling the existing drivers but could not do that either!!
xilolee
Hi RockHi. Open Windows device manager, network adapters, double-left-click your wireless network adapter, left-click (open) the power management tab, untick "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", click ok (and see if this helps, the following days...). Keep us updated.
