Now, I had PC crash so i re-installed windows 7, now some files i restricted in previous windows is not being accessed (i am attaching snapshot of my one mp3 file). april Posted August 22, 2013 Report Share Posted August 22, 2013 If you used bitlock, you have no other choice but to enter the password. While if just restricted permission, please right-click on that folder, choose 'properties", click on "security", choose "Administator" , just add all the permissions. Thanks.
