Or try these operations:

1) If the warranty has expired, you could try to open your PC (first unplug it from the mains...!) with a lot of caution and, gently, remove the dust with a brush and vacuum cleaner (or hair dryer) and apply the thermal paste to the processor.

2) Open an elevated command prompt and type:

cleanmgr /sageset:1
Press enter, tick every option (or the options that you prefer) inside cleanmgr advanced menu, click ok, then type this:

cleanmgr /sagerun:1
Press enter and wait until it finishes.

3) Download adwcleaner portable (click) and run it.

4) Download wise care 365 portable (click), extract it and put it on your desired/preferred folder.

5) Create a system restore point (or let it create by WiseCare, it should ask it to you the first time you run it)

6) Double left-click wisecare365.exe, click (top right corner) custom --> settings --> custom checkup, select/tick all entries (or the entries that you prefer), click save, click checkup, wait until the scan finishes, click fix.

7) Click the third tab at top: system tuneup

On the left, click the fourth tab: startup manager

Remove unnecessary items (keep enabled antivirus and processor items)

8) Launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt (and report the result here)

9) Defrag your hard disks (it may take hours... Try first the OS partition only).

If you often get BSODs, skip this.

Keep us informed.

Have you run adwcleaner?

Have you removed the dust?

Download and run System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2014]

Later, run the following command:

copy %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log %userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt && copy %SYSTEMROOT%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt && findstr /c:"[SR]" %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt > %userprofile%\desktop\SR.txt
You should find three files on your desktop: checkSUR.txt, cbs.txt and SR.txt: post here the checkSUR.txt and the sr.txt.

If the last command won't work, try these (one by one):

copy %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log %userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt
copy %SYSTEMROOT%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt
findstr /c:"[SR]" %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt > %userprofile%\desktop\SR.txt

yes i'd already run adw cleaner

i'd also already remove the dust in my cpu

when i download and run the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2014]  it's respond is the update is not applicable to your computer then i proceed to run the following command first command that i run is this. copy %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log %userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt && copy %SYSTEMROOT%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt && findstr /c:"[sR]" %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt > %userprofile%\desktop\SR.txt and when i enter it's respond is the system cannot find the file specified.

the i try it one by one as you said

first command i enter the respond is also the system cannot find the file specified.

second command i enter the respond is 1 file copied

third command i enter the respond is nothing.

Sorry, it doesn't work because you have a 32 bit system.

Re-try with this: (download/run) System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [October 2014]

Later, re-launch sfc /scannow.

And, after SFC finished, run this command:

copy "%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log" "%userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt" && copy "%SYSTEMROOT%\logs\cbs\cbs.log" "%userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt" && findstr /c:"[SR]" "%userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt" > "%userprofile%\desktop\SR.txt"

If you have run the command, you should see three files on your desktop: checkSUR.txt, cbs.txt and SR.txt: post here the checkSUR.txt and the sr.txt.

(upload the files to the forum, or to a website and post the links here, if possible... Or the complete logs if you can't upload those files)

Let's see if we can correct the first error in the checksur log.
1) Remove checksur.txt from your desktop
2) Download the following file and move it to your desktop.
It was downloaded from Microsoft by me and uploaded to speedyshare.
Yes, if you prefer, you can find it and download it from Microsoft.

http://speedy.sh/YuHWj/AMD64-IA64-X86-all-windows6.1-kb2931356-x86-63227724e483ccf74c3758070282f5506176e937.msu

3) Open an elevated command prompt and launch the following commands:

md %SYSTEMROOT%\CheckSUR\packages
copy %userprofile%\desktop\AMD64_IA64_X86-all-windows6.1-kb2931356-x86_63227724e483ccf74c3758070282f5506176e937.msu %SYSTEMROOT%\CheckSUR\packages

4) Re-launch the System update readiness tool - SURT - see 7th reply.
Hope you didn't erase it.
5) Launch the following command from an elevated command prompt; you should see a new checksur.txt on your desktop: post it here.

copy "%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log" "%userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt"

After you run SURT, make a screenshot of its result.

How to make screenshots (aka snapshots) and post them here in this forum, either through the forum itself or through Wise PC 1st Aid

Launch the following command from an elevated command prompt; you should see a new checksur.txt on your desktop: post it here.

copy "%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log" "%userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt"

I didn't understand:

Is your Windows installation cd damaged?

Is your manufacturer recovery/restore disc damaged?

Is your dvd drive dameged?

You can download Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit sp1.

You should have the product key for your OS.

But you can also try an older system restore point before trying to reinstall.

There are other options:

Have you tried to boot into safe-mode?

We could also continue to try to solve your problems without reisntalling.

If you check updates from control panel--> system --> Windows updates, do you receive an error message?

I.e., is there a specific error message? If yes, post it here.

Then, check this WiseCleaner answer (click) to a similar problem.

It could correct part of your problems in an easy way!

Later, re-launch the SUR tool.

And launch the following command from an elevated command prompt and post the new checksur.txt here (to see if those operations worked):

copy "%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log" "%userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt"
