xilolee
Are you using MS essentials antivirus? Are you trying to install MS essentials antivirus? Are you already using another antivirus and aren't you trying to install/run MS essentials?Only if you are already using another antivirus and don't want to run MS essentials, you should disable MS essentials antivirus or uninstall it.If you want to disable it: open ms essentials, go to the settings tab, untick turn on real-time protection (recommended), click save changes. Looking forward for your kind feedback.

xilolee
Have you disabled the real time protection in ms essentials? If you want to use ms essentials instead of the other antivirus, you should turn off the other antivirus real-time protection; or, if ms essentials continues to give that error even with that disabled, you should probably uninstall the other antivirus completely.
