It is better to leave that folder there for some days/weeks, to recover your personal files. Anyway, the simpler solution is to run cleanmgr; open an elevated command prompt and type: cleanmgr /sageset:1 Press enter, tick every option (or the options that you prefer) inside cleanmgr advanced menu, click ok, then type this: cleanmgr /sagerun:1Press enter and wait until it finishes.
