kidnormal
On my Windows 7 Starter netbook the facility to clean the Google Chrome cache is not shown - whereas this does appear in the program on my Windows XP PC. Since cleaning the Chrome cache is important, is there any way of making Wise Disk Cleaner do this, rather than having to use the Chrome tool? wisecleaner_admin
Which product of WiseCleaner do you use to clean chrome cache? The version? And can you tell me your chrome version? We test it, both wise care 365 and wise disk cleaner can scan and clean chrome cache files.

wisecleaner_admin
So strange. Can you help us to do some tests to find the reason? Install CCleaner, right click on Google Chrome, click Analyze, does it find your Chrome cache files?
garioch7
This thread from the CCleaner Forum might explain the issue. Apparently Google Chrome stores its history and stuff in "the cloud", not on the local computer. http://forum.piriform.com/?showtopic=40285 Hope this helps. Have a great day.
