handyboss
Why does WRC keep flaggin Norton? Always get about 12 "Software\wow6532...." registry errors on Norton. Won't allow the fix to work. I've deleted and reinstalled Norton (from Comcast), running Win7. xilolee
Hi handyboss. It could be useful for developers if you posted the registry Keys that you think they shouldn't be marked/deleted.
wisecleaner_admin
@handyboss, Firstly you must to know Norton is security software, it has system permission. But wise registry cleaner is a utility software, it only has user permission. In Windows system, system permission is higher than user permission. So, wise registry cleaner cannot remove registry items that created by Norton. But thank you for your feedback, I will send it to developer team. If this is the case I would recommend excluding "system permisisons" at the code level, if we can't interact with values that your software produces. If this is not acceptable, then other option might be a setting in the software where it's up to a user to either see those results or not, with default option NOT to show it.
