Do you remember that if this issue occurs after the installation of that program?

Hello Sir,

no I don't know. So uninstalling every application on the PC is not really an option.

Maybe there is a way to create a logfile you could analyse?

hi,

You can try this way:

please run Wise PC 1stAid, click the the 7th icon (Lame Internet Surfing ) to disable the third-party plug-ins.

If it still not work. Make the error displayed again, then find the folder, c:\users\your name\Appdata\Local\CrashDumps, send the *.dmp file to us.

Thank you.

I had to do some google reasearch to find CrashDumps Folder, since the feature is disabled by default.

Windows Vista and Windows 7

The following steps enable automatic crash dumps on Windows Vista SP1 and Windows 7:

1) Open RegEdit
2) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting
3) Under Windows Error Reporting, create a new registry key named LocalDumps.

If Plex Media Server crashes after this, you will find a new dump file under %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps.

Hi,

We have checked the attachment,  your system have lost some dll files: ntsdexts.dll , uext.dll , exts.dll , ext.dll

But those dll files are not belong to  system. Maybe they belong to  Debugging Tools for Windows®.

Have you installed it? If yes, please try to re-install it.
