killera124
Hello, from about a month I've had problems with the internet on my Lenovo Ideapad.I have 94mbps internet through fiber power and modem which is connected to it.My modem is new because I changed my Internet Service Provider,so I'm sure that the problem is not from my ISP - I changed the router and the cable so the problem is definetely from the laptop. The main problem is that on every few hours my internet is stopping.I have tried with changing the Wi-Fi button to enable and it's still not working while the Wi-Fi works on other devices.I asked the Lenovo experts but for some reason they are taking care only for the US customers. So can you help me instead of them? WiseCleaner
Hi, Try to change the internet security of the router, using WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK If it not work, try following: 1. Start menu--- type "CMD" 2. Type ipconfig , note down the name of the Ethernet adapter which is using IPv6 address. 3. Type netsh interface ipv6 show interface ,note down the Idx number the Ethernet adapter which is using IPv6 address. 4. Type etsh interface ipv6 set interface <10> advertise=disabled
