Script error/openingIE8

I got an \" error msg \" when opening the \"click here to see if this fixed your prob.

Tried to get a pic. of the message that came up.I clicked \"browse\" my files came up but I didn\'t find the message I clicked \"save\" on.

This is my 1st. time/1st.try to use y\'all\'s \"Wise PC 1st.Aid\" or any \"WisePC Product\" Hi (O:~~~

I NEED!!! Yall\'s WONDERFUL free? HELP!! because I\'m computer stupid.lol And I\'ve so far only had/used hand- me- down computers. This one from my fourth Grandaughter.
