fail to remove file.

hi

wise care team.

can you help me fix this issue that i gaved the image.

and that was when i was running a registry scan.

Hello Crystalboi:  I am suspicious that the one item not removed is related to your antivirus solution.  Most a/v software has "tamper detection" or "self-defence" that does not permit some core files to be tampered with.  I use BitDefender Total Security and there are always 11 files not fixed after a registry scan.  I would not be concerned about it, personally.
