Windows wird immer langsamer

seit einiger Zeit wird Windows immer langsamer (z.B. IE u. Google laden extrem langsam)- ich habe im Herbs mit einem Ihrer Programme (leider weiß ich nicht mehr welches)Windows7 oder die Registry- auf den original Zustand zurückgesetzt. Vielleicht können Sie mir helfen ?!!
